So you’ve gone all in. You’ve been engaged with our foundational Power Series curriculum for a while now. You’re a regular at the weekend programs, a committed contributor in class, and you’ve taken your training to the next level by attending Reset and bringing your best self home to your life every time. But you’re still looking for more. I like to say that we have a large ecosystem here at Inner Matrix Systems, and when you’re ready for more, we’ve got it. We call them the Mastery tracks.
Many of our clients find so much fulfillment in the differences they see in themselves and the new impact they’re having in their lives, that they feel moved to bring that experience to others. If that sounds like you, you can follow the journey that all of our Trainers take and jump into our Apprentice Program. Think of it kind of like a boot camp where you’ll accelerate your development, really nail down the tools, techniques, and strategies, and learn how to take your skills and make a difference in the lives of other people.
Our Apprentices have a wide variety of accountabilities and lifestyles outside their Apprentice journey, including demanding careers, family responsibilities, and other endeavors. As such, the Apprentice Program can be engaged at your own pace. You can take your time and certify in 4 years or more; you can also drive hard and certify in a year. Some people engage the program for their own growth and development, and decide later whether to certify or not.
As an Apprentice, you’ll guide people through the Power Series with step-by-step support from me and my team. We’ve developed our training process into a turnkey operation with all the supporting materials and training you’ll need to serve clients dynamically as a Trainer and build the foundation of a thriving practice. As entrepreneurs ourselves, we understand the challenges of starting a new business. Our streamlined system is designed to prepare you to build and run your business upon certification.
Our certified IM Trainers are licensed to teach the IM Method through Power Series Classes and One-On-One Personal Mastery Training, and supported by systems that enable them to build a financially abundant training practice. Similar to the Apprentice Program, you are in the driver seat as a Trainer—you can be a Trainer full-time, part-time or simply as a support to the community.

We’ve got you covered with Elite Cohort. I take groups of up to 20 people into this Mastery track who work with me privately through a year-long curriculum. We meet virtually bi-weekly and then several times in-person throughout the year at one to two-day intensives where it’s just the 20 of us and we really dig in to the work. Our current Elite Cohort has been driving together for nearly three years, and these people are hitting and surpassing big marks they named for themselves!
