So you’ve been receiving our newsletter. You’ve read the blogs and watched the videos. Maybe you’ve been reading my book and you’re thinking to yourself, “This guy might be onto something here.” You’ve seen the offers to join us for one of our Power Series weekend intensives and you really want to give it a shot, but taking a weekend away from home just isn’t in the cards right now. Or maybe you’re reading this in Luxembourg and booking a trip to the States is just out of reach. Hey, we’ve got you covered. Because we offer virtual programs throughout the year that you can experience right from the comfort of your living room, bedroom, or man cave. Here’s what you can look forward to:
The best case scenario is you join a Virtual Power Series Weekend Watch Party in your community. Be sure to check the Communities Page on our site to see if you're in luck! If not, consider teaming up with a friend or two and participating in the program together – there's no denying the power of training with like minded folks. However, if you're living alone on a mountaintop (with great internet), or just want to go it solo, no sweat. You'll want to make sure you have booked out the time so that you can focus in a quiet, distraction-free space for each of the sessions, as well as the breakout sessions. And if you've never joined us for a weekend program before, be sure to join the New Participant Orientation on Saturday morning. It's brief, it's fun, and will give you great context for how best to leverage the meeting...not to mention, there are gifts!
There are a total of five sessions throughout the weekend – Friday evening, Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon, Sunday morning and Sunday afternoon (note that all times are Mountain Standard Time). Each session is about 2 hours long with a two hour lunch break on Saturday and Sunday. You'll be able to get up, stretch your legs, have a meal and reflect. During the lunch breaks on Saturday and Sunday, and just after the program concludes on Sunday afternoon, our Mastery-Level Trainer, Mandy Benedict offers an open breakout session/Q&A. These breakout sessions are wonderful for those who weren't able to get their questions answered (or who were a little reluctant to ask). They're also a great opportunity to share takeaways and insights.
Before each session begins, you might want to sign on just a couple minutes early so that you can request to be a panelist. Being a panelist means that you can see the other participants rather than just the speaker. It also allows you to turn on your camera and raise your hand to ask questions and volunteer to work directly with me. Throughout the weekend I ask for folks who are truly ready to be done with something that's holding them back, and right there on Zoom, we create instant transformation. A quick comment here about what I mean by instant transformation. This isn’t a magic trick, and I in no way mean to say that by the end of the weekend all of your hopes and dreams will be delivered to you on a silver platter. What we’re talking about here is a paradigm shift. Imagine you’ve been lost and wandering through a desert for days. You have no food, no water, no prospect for salvation. All hope is lost. Then you stumble across a sign that says there’s a town just over the horizon. You’re not saved yet, you still have to travel the miles to get there, but imagine the change in perspective of your current predicament. In an instant, you have purpose and direction. You’ve been rejuvenated. So, transformation can happen in an instant, but mastery takes time.
During the program, we pick a space in life we'd like to uplevel and name an outcome we'd like to create in that space. Then we spend the weekend making it happen! You'll have access to a downloadable worksheet that you'll use throughout the weekend. I'll share a concept, tool, technique or strategy, and then we'll actually map it out on the worksheet so you come away with a roadmap to move forward. Over the course of the weekend, in addition to interactive lectures, there will be inner training (our version of meditation), opportunities to ask questions, and direct one-on-one work with me.
Before the weekend even arrives, you should hear from a couple of our key team members—a Community Care Advisor, whose entire job is to connect and provide exceptional care, and your Trainer Host, one of our certified IM Trainers who will serve as your point person over the weekend and who will offer you a Complimentary 1-1 session (a $150 value) after the weekend. You can use this session as your own personal Q&A and strategy session so you can fully leverage the weekend!
