It’s been a year of growth here at Inner Matrix Systems and as we wrap up 2022, I want to take a moment to first and foremost thank you for being part of the community and for trusting me and the team with your training and transformation. I also want to share what we managed to fulfill this year and what you contributed simply by engaging in the training for yourself. I always like to make sure that as we train and develop ourselves, we’re also giving back and making a difference in people’s lives. It’s easy to get caught up in our own journey and not realize that when we show up for ourselves, we are also making things possible for so many other people. So here are just some of the things that we as a community were able to accomplish:
Strictly by the numbers – Through our Apprentice Program, we donated $136,764 in training materials, and our Apprentices donated 4,716 service hours in support of 393 people around the globe. As a community we welcomed 165 new members in 2022 and 58 people experienced their first IM Reset! We also welcomed 1,805 attendees at our Power Series Weekend Intensives! In service to creating something bigger, we certified 14 new Trainers and accepted 16 new Apprentices into the Apprentice Program for 2023!
We launched Inner Matrix University! This dynamic online learning platform enables us to provide additional training support to clients on a variety of Mastery Tracks, in a way that’s accessible whenever and wherever you want, and allows you to take what you learn at programs and integrate it into your daily life.
We expanded the Reset curriculum! For our Reset participants, we have developed resources and programming you can access throughout the year, between your trips to the mountains, supporting Emotional Integration and Resilience in your everyday life. We have a complimentary Reset course on Inner Matrix University featuring training videos that detail the movement practices we do at Reset, with a high focus on training proper form, as well as detailed training on our breathing practices and select inner trainings. We added complimentary Reset Cultivation & Influence Zoom sessions, led by yours truly, that include energy cultivation and projection practices such as Internal Energy Practice and Energy Projection Forms. They often also include inner training and breath practices. Anyone registered for a current year Reset is eligible to participate in these two complimentary Reset supplements throughout the entire current year. We are delighted to continue these enhancements through 2023!
In addition, we began offering Reset Integration—an intimate, thematic teaching and inner training experience available at Power Series Weekend Intensives to all current year Reset registrants, for a small fee. These sessions support Reset participants to access high emotional states and align the Inner Matrix with those states, enhancing Emotional Access and Emotional Resilience. We look forward to these sessions throughout all our in-person Power Series Weekend Intensives in the coming year.
And finally, we were able to donate $150,000 in medical kits to third world countries, with many of them going to Ukraine.
